Our experience of dealing with Connells was dreadful. Our Landlords decided to sell and initially we were told we would not be pressured to move. Within days we were contacted by 'Jamie' who showed zero empathy or tact and was pressuring us into agreeing to viewings & photos. We politely declined stating our privacy reasons and within days Connells had obviously complained to our Landlords and we were served a section 21. We continued in this time to receive text messages trying to arrange photos....even after we moved! A Connells employee came to do a valuation on the property and suggested that maybe we would be better off being made homeless!All the staff need to be retrained in how to treat people properly rather than being driven by targets and greed. Connells have a letting department too, there's no way I would want to be a Tenant managed by them if this is an example of how they treat people.

We used Connells for the sale of a second property.Due to various reasons, it did take quite a while.Despite this, Connells made the experience the best it could be.They were transparent about costs and kept us updated with any developments promptly.Beyond this, the team helped with issues outside of their responsibility, such as organising meter readings on many occasions.This was so helpful and made selling the property a lot easier.I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.Thank you to Jamie, Lynsey, and the rest of the Connells Paignton team.

I used this branch to purchase a flat, the sales team were absolutely brilliant, friendly, helpful and always available when I needed them, if you're looking to purchase a property I highly recommend, the only reason I didn't give this a 5 star is that the mortgage advisor was awful, avoid this part of you can there are much better options available and definitely not worth the £600 fee.

Seems like once they get your phone number they literally never stop calling. It?s been over a year since I made a simple enquiry. I?ve had dozens and dozens of phone calls since. I?ve asked several times not to be contacted any more. I?ve blocked their number and they still leave voicemails and call from alternative numbers. Please just do one, Connells.

I came across a property on Zoopla & connels Paignton were the estate agents looking after the property. After being anxious initially about going for a place by myself. Tom greeted me for a viewing and it couldn?t have gone better. Tom was helpful, polite and extremely insightful. He immediately put my mind at ease and has been in regular contact with me to keep me updated on the situation. I will be moving in end of January and it?s all thanks to Tom! Amazing service. Would recommend to anyone

I cannot speak highly enough about Connells Paignton.As a seller from the Midlands and having no local knowledge or contacts , Jamie and Linsey were particularly helpful. After the listing Jamie continued to keep in touch with me, and regularly updated me , returned calls promptly.Jamie was very proffessional and an excellent communicator throughout.Over the years I have experienced a very wide range of Estate Agents. I can honestly say that Connells excel in every respect; the best I have ever dealt with . Without hesitation I thoroughly recommend them.

We have used Connell?s to purchase our property that we are due to move in to next week. We have worked with Jamie throughout and he has been incredibly helpful in moving the process along and helping facilitate work that needs to be completed. He has been easy to contact and has always returned communications quickly and efficiently. I have previously felt quite patronised being a younger female, where people have spoken to my husband instead of to me, whereas I have never felt this with Connell?s. We have had a couple of blips when it has come to viewing the property but I wouldn?t let this diminish my overall experience. I can?t speak from a point of view of them selling a property, but would definitely use Connells again.

I wish I had chosen Connells from the start. Unlike my prior agent, they had a plan to sell my property, used a professional photographer and communication was excellent. My property received an offer within the first couple of weeks of listing and we exchanged contract today. The process was smooth from start to finish and I can?t recommend Connells Paignton highly enough!
