Rude staff, was possibly in the wrong queue, but was there before the other person got to the usual queue, staff member scowled at me me as I approached the counter and pointed rudely at the other queue, and stated there was a queue there, I said I was before her, and she rolled her eyes. Terrible customer service skills, won't be back any time soon.

I?m constantly in this co-op sending and picking up EVRI parcels. Every member of staff is so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble. 5*++ service.
