Could be great, cracking location but massively let down by slooooowwwww service and just a general lack of table clearing and overall cleanliness, especially in the outside areas.

Breakfast was poor! Dirty plates, mugs and spoons! Lipstick on mugs, dirty everything! Food was OK.
