W came into the branch today as my wife was having trouble with her new card and the app on her phone. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. They sorted the issue with my wife's card, which turns out wasn't a problem in the first place. They then sorted out the app on her phone. Which again was more to do with us. But the lady we saw helped my wife sort out her app and get her up and running. Absolutely great service and highlights how important having branches open so you can speak to someone in person.These issues would have been so much harder to deal with online or over the phone. It will be a shame if we lose our high street banks. Big thank you again to the branch staff.
