Brilliant experience dealing with Automates. Called up to replace the element in a grill and they had the part installed and tested on the same day for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended service.

Told them "my oven clock wasn't working". They said they would fault find it.Without touching the oven, they said "yep clock isn't working" and sent me a £20 bill.When I asked what they'd done to fault find, they called me a cheat and hung up on me.
