“We have today collected our new to us Swift Escape Motorhome. We visited Alan Kerr Ltd 2 weeks ago as we could see that they had a large range of vans available to view and we were looking to part ex our existing one. Having visited many other dealerships and not finding exactly what we were looking for it was lovely to have an opportunity to view so many vans which were unlocked and we could spend time looking around without any sales pressure. We were greeted in the showroom by Jason Waterman and Dan in a very friendly manner. We told Jason what we had in mind and he searched the stock list to see what they had that might meet our specifications. There were 3 vans suitable at the other depot which Jason thought we should look at. We drove to the other site and shortly after arriving and looking around the forecourt Jason drove up to meet us there. We spent lots of time looking and eventually decided on “the one”. Did a deal which we thought was acceptable to both sides, and arranged to part ex and collect today. Handover was completed with Jason which was good as we had dealt with him throughout the process. The company has been excellent and helpful with all of our contact with them and we would certainly look to purchase from them again in the future.
