Only 1 till open. Had to use self serve. The lady on the self serve to busy talking to friends or family to authorise age. Had to try and get her attention. Bad enough they force you to use them, but to then keep you waiting while they chat is bad. Happened today at 6ish

Normally a lovely place to shop with friendly, kind staff, Zach being a great example of this. This being said I've just been in to ask for a refund being as I'd been incorrectly charged full price for a farm house loaf when it was reduced as it's today's date. The young girl at Customer services attempted to refund the difference but made a complete meal of it and came up with a random, and utterly incorrect amount. When I politely told her I was still out of pocket she huffed, grabbed some loose change out of the till, slapped the change and receipts in front of me and without eye contact said 'there you go'. Disgusting way to deal with anyone, nevermind someone working in CUSTOMER services, clues in the name. So all in all she can't do basic subtraction and has a bad attitude. There's been several similar reviews Paignton Asda, especially about staff, namely customer services, maybe it's time to do something about it.

Rude as hell staff members and items placed wrong on shelves so pricing is out when asked for price check it was more than a jobs worth

Just went to asda for weekly shop, one female member of staff spoilt it for the rest of the lovely staff didn't get the name as badge was wrong way round , was very blunt and rude not what asda needs

Woman called Lucy on the kiosk tonight gave me dreadful service never even said hello. Extremely rude. Said I?d just put my phone in front of her face. Said she doesn?t read the dates and times of messages. No customer service at all. No hello,goodbye,how can I help you. Girl who got package practically threw it at me saying ere ya are. Won?t be gracing this store again or recommending it either.

Don't bother with using the Click and Collect service at this store. Collected two parcels, both of which were thrown to the floor before being handed to me (along with another customers). Waste of a trip as the mugs I had ordered were of course smashed into tiny peieces as a result of this poor customer service.

Lady at customer service/kiosk was miserable and unhelpful when I was just asking where the man was for the fireworks stand. Self service ladies were lovely. Not what you expect from the customer service desk.

Last time I stopped , was to buy some wine and vodka , it?s a small Asda, but it does have most of what we need for food and drinks

I have only visited this store twice and on both occasions the staff were friendly, helpful and well trained.
