Only 1 till open. Had to use self serve. The lady on the self serve to busy talking to friends or family to authorise age. Had to try and get her attention. Bad enough they force you to use them, but to then keep you waiting while they chat is bad. Happened today at 6ish

Normally a lovely place to shop with friendly, kind staff, Zach being a great example of this. This being said I've just been in to ask for a refund being as I'd been incorrectly charged full price for a farm house loaf when it was reduced as it's today's date. Rude as hell staff members and items placed wrong on shelves so pricing is out when asked for price check it was more than a jobs worth
