Robbing you know what.First day of holiday got a flat tyre.Wanted to charge £30 to get repaired but then they refused to get it repaired.I asked them to sort my spare as that was flat and stick that on instead but insisted it was no good and would need a new one of them aswell.Feel like they have taken the mick due to being desperate as when I got home I went to my usual local mechanic and he told me there was a small puncture but he fixed it and now it's perfect.I don't appreciate being taking the p**s out of and people should know about that.Don't bother going there if your on holiday and in need of tyres being fixed

I truly believe in supporting a local business in a local community and continue to support those businesses that employ local communities members who have families to feed and love, however this business that I personally have supported from its very first day of business and until my recent transaction which was extremely disappointing. I was charged more than the local competition, and felt compelled to purchase tyres because they had low tread and deemed an opportunity to force a sale upon myself under pressure, even though those tyres had about a couple of months use left on the tread without any further defects, I was offered a wheel alignment which I took, but never received any kind of human interaction as to what adjustments were needed, just handed a very large bill, I could of done without, the tyres that were put on the car were only given the choice of budget, mid or high, no choice in manufactur, and then I noticed that, ANS , where predominantly selling one brand-mid range, ergo their most profitable? very disappointing.Watching a local man grow a business from seed to its current size serving the larger local region? and absolutely abundant in life with a boat, Bently, Porsche, do you understand where did the man forgot his duty to fellow neighbours in his own community, when times are Austere and people feel challenged in life, people in life should never forget his roots ln life, life isn?t about just money, it?s about helping your brother and sister out ? be that business and you will have truly corned your market place and your soul

Very polite on phone when enquiring about my tyre problem on the Friday. Only waited 20 mins in person as it was a Saturday and they were very busy. Great service and friendly company to deal with. Recommend.

Been to many Garages around the bay over the years, But have found AMS to be one of the best.Excellent customer service and a top job,Fast, professional and cost effective. Definitely will not be going anywhere else In the future

Not the best experience here as I called in for a tyre around 3pm. Tyre was in stock so I thought great, I was then told by the friendly polite chap they were to busy so call back tomorrow. I respected that due to seeing how busy they were.I kept to my word and called back the next morning to go through the same conversation with a different chap.Now this is when I was told he wouldn't serve me unless I bought two tyres. This I kind of understand 'IF' the other side was needing changing.He somehow could see that I need two tyres from a distance of approx 15mtrs? That's some good eye sight fella.Anyway I left the premises and went a little further down the road to my new friendly 'go to' tyre place.No doubt the reply from ams will be of a childish behaviour like there other replies to honest reviews of this nature.

Karl Phillips 5* customer service. Always goes the extra mile for the best customer experience. Take both my cars here and never had any issues, always good service and good quality tyres or servicing. Nothing too much trouble for Karl, thanks much appreciated.
