We have just completed on our house sale after a long and difficult sale for lots of reasons, none of those were anything to do with Amanda and Aaron. I'm afraid that we've had to give Amanda 5 stars! We tried extremely hard to find some small fault, as I'm sure she must be tired of getting 5 stars every single time, but sadly we couldn't!!She was outstanding when she sold my late father's property several years ago and we never considered using anyone else when it came to selling our own house. Although our property was at the lower end of the market, she couldn't have been more diligent or dedicated if she had been selling a £2 million mansion. She was brilliant throughout the whole process and she and Aaron kept us in the loop at all times. To sum up, if you are looking to put your house on the market, look no further than Amanda Ayshford Estate Agents...you won't be disappointed.

After a very difficult time with another agent, we decided to give Amanda Ashford a try.She had been so helpful in trying to find us the right property for ourselves that we thought she would be the best person to sell ours.Both Aaron & Amanda give you that personal touch & make you feel like your there only client.There knowledge of the local area is second to none, as well as using social media.They are straight talking people & hide nothing from either the buyers or sellers.They were constantly in touch through out our process with weekly catch ups.We have now completed in our sale & would not hesitate to recommend this estate agents.Should we ever have the need to buy or sell again Amanda Ashford Estates is who I will be using.Kerry & Paul

Definitely the best in the bay! Having dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, Amanda and Aaron have been the best by far. Very professional, knowledgeable, with a passion for what they do. I was updated throughout the sale, their attention after agreeing a sale is second to none, where many just sit back and do nothing. A pleasure to deal with, I would highly recommend them and use them again.

Amanda was absolutely great and she did her best to provide me a pleasant experience.I completed my purchase at the beginning of December.The only improvement that I could suggest is before completion would of being great to see the flat again, I would of ask the previous owner to clean the insane amount of dog hair that she left behind (wasn?t there when Amanda was presenting the flat).I would recommend Amanda to friends and family and I will use her services in the future.

We have recently sold our cottage with Amanda & Aaron. Can?t recommend them highly enough! They were both amazing from start to finish. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, supportive and always at the end of a phone for help and advice. The photos of our property were incredible! Their communication was amazing and we got updated frequently on the progress of our sale. Would definitely recommend!
