“Surprised by all the negativity I heard about this Post Office. The staff were really helpful. I believe that it’s some of the customers that are the issue. I sent my wife in and she informed me of a woman in front of her trying to argue with the staff about a parcel that Royal Mail lost. People need to understand Royal Mail and Post Office are different companies.”
