Absolutely hopeless, closed with no notice at 2.00pm today, drove there from Ottery St. Mary as Ottery Post Office currently closed, subsequently drove to Whimple, also closed, they advised trying Cranbrook, so drove there was also closed. East Devon is a Post Office desert, don't bother trying to communicate with the outside world, or find another postal service provider!

Post office times are really inconsistent! Its a waste of petrol having to drive there to then see a note on the door saying post office closed until Saturday on a Thursday! The usual times are written up by pen on the door when it should show the opening times on the website! Sort it out!

Yet another post office with inconsistent opening & closing times - Despite the times written on the front door. they let you waste your time standing there like a muppet queuing until some time has past until they tell you it?s closed. Yet another wasted trip.

I have struggled to find an open Post Office in Ottery St Mary and have also tried Cranbrook. No luck.I then visited West Hill. They were open and the Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Served by a very pleasant young man. Thank you .
