I have never liked this place, I find the staff a bit up their own arse because I am not a builder or one of their mates and I think compared to the other nearby places they very expensive. Plus take forever to serve you.Screwfix is much cheaper for the same quality in tools and parts if you can get there.I only go to Travis as an ultimate desperate last resort
