I?d highly recommend this store, I wouldn?t go anywhere else! The staff are always helpful and friendly. The optometrist explained everything simplistically and understood my needs.

I visited the Okehamton branch of Specsavers and the optician went out of her way to try and bring forward an outpatient appointment that I required at hospital. I ordered glasses and when I picked these up, the attendant Jan and the manager Jenna went well beyond the call of duty to ensure I was a satisfied customer. In short I was truly impressed by the customer service which met my need perfectly.

Well run, good appointment system, which means that you don't have to sit around waiting too long. Staff attentive and eye tests good. Good selection of frames,and also good follow-up if there are problems with your prescription.

Staff are good, but was disappointed to be told that the prescription they'd sold me a year earlier was the wrong one for my condition, yet I'd have to pay full price for a replacement pair.

We had the pleasure of picking up both my parents glasses today. I can honestly say the attention we received was first class. I'm sorry I have forgotten the ladies name but she is the supervisor with long dark hair. You remembered us as soon as you opened the door ,nothing is too much trouble. Thanks once again.

Had my eyes tested thoroughly and results very well explained to me. I collected my new specs 2 weeks later and went home. A week later after feeling too much pressure on my nose I went and discussed the problem with the ladies there. I was told "no worry we have a quibble free policy". My specs were taken away adjusted with a bridge fitted to the nose part and I departed a happy person. Two weeks later all is good and no pain. Thank you ladies at Specsavers

Bought my varifocals here about 2 years ago. Last night, I sat on them, I jumped up and kicked over a glass of Pimms, but that's another story. The arms were completely bent, I took them into the store, expecting/hoping to drop them off and getvthem back in a weeks time at whatever cost. I was seen straight away, and they were repaired in under 5 mins, with no charge! A ray of sunshine on a rubbish day. Thank you
