Went to the shell garage at 2:41 am to get some petrol and a snack. We saw the person inside walk off into the back. We rang the bell and waited a good 10 minutes but they avoided us and didn't respond. Terrible customer service at night!

I went to Greggs and was appalled at how dirty everything was and the toilets were absolutely disgusting. I was there on the 26th March around 2.00 to 2.30 pm.

Absolutely Fabulous customer service from a bright and cheerful young lady named Kitty, even on a wet and windy night.
Housekeeping standards immaculate, litter free forecourt and spotless facilities. You can't ask for more from any garage gone midnight. Top marks to the bosses for setting the standards and recruiting such quality.

Nothing to really complain on serves it?s purpose. Clean toilets 3 cubicles in the women?s don?t know about the men?s but there is also a disabled toilets. I would say I was happy with my choice of stops

The worst services Ive ever had the misfortune to visit. 09.30am and toilet floor soaked, no toilet paper, no hand soap & a decidedly uninterested cleaner/caretaker. Unexplained hold up/confusion at Gregg's. Pies stone cold. Altogether grotty, cold and unwelcoming.
