For some reason, they're only open between 8am and 10am? That just doesn't work for 80% of people. Lost a few stars for inaccessibility :(

Royal Mail delivered a package containing fairly costly items from Seasalt Cornwall. The dispatcher had failed to fold the packet over and seal it down. Despite it being wide open one end, Royal Mail ensured the contents were safely and swiftly delivered. Brilliant service.
