Pro-Tyres have been here a year now and I have used twice, new tyres and puncture repair. Great service, great advice reasonably priced. puncture repair £24.00 and a great new service - free brakes check and report of wear. Very useful ?

I did leave good feedback here but after an incident earlier this week then I find this crowd a bunch of thieving @#££@s.My daughter went in for a puncture repair and was told she needed 2 new tyres at £120 each and she had a seized brake caliper. There was more than 2mm above the minimum legal limit on both tyres where she was told it would disappear if she spun the wheels once.What utter bollox! The tyres had well over 2000 miles left on them, the price was DOUBLE what I could get the very same brand fitted elsewhere and after being checked at another trusted garage the same day, the calipers were definitely NOT seized!Looks like someone saw a single young woman and thought they could STEAL money from here for needless work. This is FRAUD.I used to use this firm all the time in crediton but after this...I'll take my business elsewhere and I advise anyone else to do the same.

Great Service, ordered and booked online around 9am for mid day, was called about 15mins after and asked could I come earlier.Great service and change didn?t take long at all. Refurbish waiting area also very nice.

Friendly staff but twice I've had to return to the garage after my initial booking as the issue wasn't solved/identified properly (even though I told them the issue!) One time I broke down just down the road after leaving the garage and being told there were no issues - they weren't able to help and I had to get another garage to come sort it.

I arrived 20 minutes early for the appointment. That's fine. We'll deal with it now. The tyre was changed, balanced etc and I left almost before the appointment time.Guys were polite and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again

Thanks to this place, we were able to be back on the road within half an hour of having a blowout on A30 - managed to fit space saver spare, then contact this garage to see if they had a tyre - they were brilliant, and price was reasonable. Can?t thank them enough

Very helpful, friendy guys. MOT advised I had a nail in my tyre. Spoke to Toby who ordered in a new tyre just in case, but on inspection this morning found small piece of metal and no damage. No charge for their time! Will definetly return when the time comes for me to replace my tyres. Excellent service!
