Awful. Had mine booked for 9.30, chains were still up. 10am still closed. Went elsewhere with a more efficient service. Why arrange a morning appointment. I wasn’t the only one, there was a lady who also had to park on the pavement and looking around for someone. Bad business!!

My car was booked for a service at 9am on the 10th October, the garage was closed when I arrived at 8.50 now 9.20 still closed, website says opens at 8.30. If you were not opening today you should have contacted me.

I have been trying to call since 8.30am (a hour again) when the website says you were open. No reply and no message on either number.

We have a wealth of experience in the motor industry having been in business for over 50 years. We began trading in a small way in nearby Belstone in the late 1950s and moved to our first main site, formerly Ruby’s Garage, on East Street, Okehampton in 1964 which we renamed Yes Tor Service Station. In 1970 we bought the premises of Rees and Lee, the town’s Ford dealership, just up the road from our first site. Today we still remain on East Street where we continue to offer a wide array of services with three generations of the family now in the business and committed to providing a quality service to our valued customers.
