I have just started using yodel the first one arrived ok the second one was left over a gate my customer could not find it after another search found it. As she couldn't find it left me with a negative comment on ebay.

Never met them about a month ago they stopped delivering,most times it never even leaves the depot tried contacting them but they say if it's due to be delivered it counts as an attempt

Careless delivery service. No thought about the product being delivered. Driver decided to chuck our parcel over the side gate in the mud whilst it was a rainy day. I guess because it was on time they think that makes it okay. Despite having neighbours right next to us on both sides that they could have left the parcel with. I will never willingly use this service and can only encourage others to use a different courier service.

Terrible. Was waiting for a gift to arrive for Christmas. Thought I?d play it safe by getting it delivered to my work address as someone is there all day. It was in excess of 9pm that they ?attempted delivery? on 2 occasions, on the third I waited there specifically as it was the last working day before Christmas I watched the tracking of the parcel right up until the point the van drove past me without stopping.

Have been waiting for a delivery for two days. On each occasion the tacking says that the driver is unable to access the property. Yesterday I assumed that the driver was under intelligent and could not read or turn a gate handle. Today, I followed the tracking and stood in the road when he was 1 delivery from our house. After a quarter of an hour I checked the tracking and again the message that the driver is unable to access the property. No driver came into the road or even made an attempt to come in the road. So as previous comments made by others the driver is obviously lying. You cannot telephone and speak to a human and the live chat online is a waste of time as all they can do is to sympathise with you and tell you is the same as on the tracking site and then say I can collect it from the depot if I care to drive 10 miles there and 10 miles back. If I could give no stars I would do so.

Some proper wrong ?uns working here. Especially the clown in a part blue high vis who walks around like he owns the place. Classic little man syndrome. The whole place is an absolute pit.

Package arrived broken. I sent it for a return, and it has been stuck at their Lichfield Depot for 10 days. I contacted their live chat, but it turns out that the A.I chatbot is more aptly described as "Artificial stupidity". It closed down the query because I changed tabs to search for the address. I may never get my £20 back.You will most likely be fine with Yodel, but I just wanted to submit my experience for the sake of statistical accuracy. Have a good day.

Yodal refused to deliver my parcel a s did not leave a collection note. I was only as used by Yodal tracking service to collect my parcel from their depot 20 miles away from my home.
