I went in for a click and collect. Nobody on the counter. Had to go back and queue. They then had to call someone over. When back at the original counter the woman couldn't find my order. She rang head office and questioned me over whether I was right. In the end? In the drawer all along. She had confused the author name... read full comment

This shop is much better now as they have spaced out the aisles. Previously they had tall shelves packed in at 45 degree angles and to be honest, we would go in to look for items and give up after a while!
