Excellent service by the knowledgeable Vicky. She sorted out my new Samsung phone. It was inadvertently left in lock mode by Vodafone Truro. I couldn't make calls or send texts. Thanks to Vicky I now have comes.

Two years goes fast. Met Vicky today who was fantastic friendly and professional.she got me sorted with a new phone. I really can recommend Vodafone ay Newton Abbot.

My visit was to buy a new phone, Charlie who served me was really helpful and friendly he knew what he was doing. He also helped a friend with his phone he didn't have to. Very pleased.

Oh dear god. How to make buying a phone complicated to a zen degree. I left after 15 minutes with no new phone because of Vodafone's daft insistence on me answering obscure security questions, and not stocking phones. Honestly, do not come here if you literally want to hand over some cash for a phone in a quick manner. It may seem unlikely, but I really don't care about all the guff they go on about. Please just flog me a phone, tell me how much it costs and don't waste my time
