Couldn?t have asked for a better service!
It?s been six years since we last had a family holiday so I took the plunge and went into the Newton abbot store to be greeted by Jennie & Beth.
They both were super helpful and patient with our holiday adventure. I asked Jennie tonnes of questions and always got back great service and advice.
She guided me through all the small details and I?m so pleased to say I walked out happy with a holiday to Kos next year. ?? ??

Anthea helped us look at all options for the specific dates we had. Nothing was too much trouble as we went through various airports and hotels. I liked how she would point out the transfer time, facilities and local areas for each option.

Me and my wife went in to Tui Newton Abbot to book a late minute holiday. We were dealt with Joanne who was extremely helpful and Knowledgeable. We usually book our trips online, however as this is a special one for us I decided to visit our local tui shop in Newto Abbot. On arrival Laura introduced herself and asked if she could assist me. Laura was so helpful, lovely and friendly and very knowledgeable, Booked a trip to Jamaica. You cannot beat a face to face gives reassurance to it all and Laura was great. We will certainly be visiting Laura again to book our next adventure.

We went into the Newton Abbot store to book a P&O cruise. Joanne has a lovely sense of humour even when the booking system went down, she called P&O and sorted out the problem with ease. Nothing is too much trouble for Joanne, she is a credit to the store.

We originally messaged Tui through Facebook, Sammy replied answered my questions and we went in the next day to store. Where she helped us pick and book our holiday after after answering our further queries.
Then made sure we had the Tui app to keep track of the booking and helping us get the right insurance. Very helpful and friendly always use Tui Newton Abbot
