Staff are always so lovely. Lovely older man that's always so friendly and helpful and today they were just full with parcels for Evri and managed to fit ours in which was really helpful. Will travel to shop here as the staff are so nice. Makes a real difference :)

Friendly, it can sometimes be overcrowded, not a lot of choices of food but always have great quality ones and especially the alcohol section too.

If you are dropping off postage at Tesco Bovey for Evri, don't bother, they do not have space capacity to take much, so this is the 2nd time they won't take it as they say they are full. I have had to drive 5 miles to drop it off here as it is cheaper with Evri and I usually do a bit of shopping but I will be thinner and better off without this 'service' thanks!

Went in this shop a few years ago and the woman was so rude telling me I was queueing for the till the wrong way when I was the only person in the queue! Looks as though she actually goes out of her way to upset and be unpleasant. Didn?t go back for a couple of years and then when I had to get something i could not get elsewhere I found the rude woman no longer there! The staff are now all very pleasant and helpful and it?s like a whole different store. Just shows what one bad apple can do. I hope I don?t run into her anywhere else.

Went in to get cashback only to be told by a young lad that they dont do cashback - Not sure why as thought it was standard across all branches?So got cash out from cash point and went back in to break it up as needed to do 2 loads of washing at the laundrette (total £11). Lady with blonde hair and glasses had to be asked 3 times to break the £10 note she tried to give me into change as needed £11 and £8 wouldnt cover it (I bought bread to break the £20).The huffing and puffing and just all round horrific experience of these two experiences sent my already anxiety filled day into overload.Thankfully the lady at the laundrette was lovely or I wouldve just sat in my car and cried.

Certainly will not be going in there again, the staff find it hard to say even the basic of things like THANK YOU and you get looked at like you shouldn't be in there, very uncomfortable.And just because I don't shop there anymore means 20 of my family and friends as well, will not go there either.3 weeks ago the 4 pints of Milk was 1.35 then it went to 1.45 and now its 1.50,what's it going to be next week 1.60.I get everything from COOP now better staff and better food.

Pathetic. Trying to pay for purchases and the staff are not concerned with the amount of people waiting to pay. Customer service is zero and it seams to come directly from the management downwards..

VERY poor customer service and surly staff. Standard products at expected prices, but it's not worth it because of how atrocious the members of staff are. I will no longer be shopping here out of principle. And I advise everyone else to do the same. We are spending our hard-earned money, and should at LEAST get a "thank you" from the staff. But apparently that's too much to ask. AVOID.
