My wife called to see if my prescription was ready to be told yes went to collect it to be told won?t be there until the Wednesday my wife calls the pharmacy again to find out what is going on to be spoken to like something on the bottom of their shoe saying I told him not by name but him not happy so went in on the Thursday to pick the prescription up asked about my tablets that are blister packed and delivered hence I only had enough until the Sunday told them what I had for the woman saying oh well they are being delivered on the Tuesday so my wife will be phoning their head office today they are lucky to get 1 star if they had an opinion of no stars they would of got that my wife will be phoning around to change chemists

Painfully slow service, no sense of urgency. Just switched to the Royal Mail Health App to have prescriptions delivered for free. Even with the mail strikes, it's hopefully going to be less painful than waiting for 10 minutes while the staff rifle slowly through the boxes and drawers in whatever illogical order they put them in that make them so hard to find.

Getting sick of not being told meds are there, meds sitting around and not delivered. (I used to have a small overflow for bank holidays etc but now i dont!) Theres been times at end of month I have got a call saying I have meds there and if I dont collect by end of day I cant have them. They are responsible for delivering to me, how can this keep happening? sick of the delivery not actually delivering, I'm housebound ive requested a call to let me know when someones on way to deliver so I can get to door, delivery would phone me to say they are on there way but being disabled means I cant always get to phone (but someone is always home!!) so if the phone doesnt get answered they claim no ones home and they dont deliver, I'm also incredibly sick of this phone situation, ive been trying to contact now for days regarding medication i need, how on earth is anyone supposed to get the service needed with this shambles it's been doing this for the last month and a bit! Please sort this out.

I had my cartilage pierced today in Superdrug Newton abbot, and the young woman who pierced my ear was exceptionally good. She was called Daisy and she was very chatty to get my mind off the pain of being pierced, she was polite and very professional. She completely made me feel relaxed and comfortable. So I just had to say if you are wanting your ears pierced I would 100% recommend going to Superdrug.

Usually helpful, but still waiting for an item for over a week. Plus they (nearly) always seem to miss out a meditation & I have to ask somebody else to go back in for it!!!To make matters worse, there is no way to contact them as their phone has been broken for over 2 weeks, which is disgusting & basically unacceptable!

Very unhelpful staff members. The few I spoke to had very bad attitudes. Such a shame as the pharmacist I had been served by previously was polite and well mannered. It always baffles me that people with such poor manners and customer service skills end up in customer facing retail job roles. Very disappointed indeed.

Would genuinely give 0 stars if I was able to. I honestly am frustrated and dissapointed every time I come. In the last 2 visits alone my problems have been that even with written down instructions from a GP that you don't know what I need, sell me something different, then call me 10 mins later to say you have found it but refuse to refund the unused product that you miss sold to me. You never have standard medications in so I often end up retracting my prescription to head to another pharmacy. Or even 2 days after my prescription being sent over haven't even put in the order which I then wait 15 mins in a queue to find out as you are so slow at serving. I have listened to your customer service to others on all my waits and its just as dreadful. Being condescending to elderly customers who don't understand how to get a code for a LTF test. Or telling people it's your last one, then I watch you say it over and over handing them out. Honestly if you weren't directly opposite Albany surgery I don't think you would get any repeat customers. I doubt you will even read this but if you do then please comment or contact me as I would appreciate an apology for the incompetence I endure time and time again.
