The Newton Abbot franchise needs to retrain their staff. One staff member was so rude at first I thought it was a joke! Cold sandwiches and even colder service. Made sense as to why the shop was empty.

Rude person at the till had such an attitude towards us , they had blonde hair and pink stretcher earrings. Was speaking to the other staff members with such attitude aswell

Scott at Subway in Newton Abbot is an absolute legend! He?s hands down the kindest, most caring person you could ever meet. Every time I visit, he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect, always greeting customers with a genuine smile and a warmth that makes your day better. His attention to detail, friendly chat, and positive attitude turn a simple sandwich stop into a great experience. You can tell he truly cares about people, and that?s rare to find. Subway is lucky to have him?he?s the reason I keep coming back!

We have been to quite a number of Subway restaurants, but Newton Abbot is definitely one of the best. Great food, always fresh and well prepared, really helpful staff - my Wife has food allergies and they are always happy to accommodate. Clean and welcoming premises, really can't fault the place, we visit every time we are in Newton Abbot and are never disappointed.
Dietary restrictions: Great place for people with gluten and wheat allergy/intolerance, I have never had an issue and the food is excellent.

Scott?s daddy must be the franchise owner cause there?s no way he gets this many bad reviews and still has a job otherwise. Unnecessarily rude/aggressive . Just make my sandwich and shut up .

Ordered via just eat. All okay except main part which was the sub? ordered the tuna tato and it was missing the tato part?. (Hashbrown) really really disappointing when you?re spending £16 for basically a sandwich and they can?t even get that right

Horrific. It came without moisture - due to stale bread and the missing seasonings & sauces ordered. But they provided a hair free of charge, so that?s something. Worst subway of my life. Congratulations team Newton Abbot - you are setting new standards for the franchise.

Extremely rude gentleman at the front of the store with short dark hair. I came in with my partner to get some lunch. There was a big queue so we grabbed a table and my partner wanted to use the toilet. The door was shut so I went up to the door to see if it was being used and was spoken to like a piece of meat. Talking down at me like I?m in school saying to me ?if you want to use the toilet you have to ask nicely? to which I explained I was using it while waiting for the queue to die down to which he said ?next time make sure you ask? shouting in front of a busy subway. Won?t be returning again. Used to like this subway but not anymore.

Blatantly rude throughout my whole experience, the bloke behind the cash register with blonde hair got rude with me because I was waiting to be served in the queue. Overall a horrible and stressful experience would not recommend.

The staff were extremely rude to everyone that came in while we were eating in,
Telling people to budge over
And generally being condescending to all of the patrons and other members of staff
Then getting annoyed if you were sure what you wanted or changed your mind
Also their name tags were attached to the tops of their hats and not visible, somewhat defeating the point of them

Food is fine, no atmosphere and customer service and interaction is virtually non existent. No acknowledgement of us being there and monosyllabic limited speaking from our server.
