Presented unrealistic completion date as if it was from the sellers, meaning we expected to be completed before Christmas, when he hadn't actually spoken to the sellers about this as a possibility. Ruined our Christmas. Stay away from this estate agent

Having recently purchased a house through Saunders & Lingard Estate Agents, we would have no hesitation in recommending their services. The viewing was dealt with fully in accordance with pandemic regulations, and it was useful to be able to view the house video online when we were not allowed to travel. Any queries we had were dealt with within the hour by email or phone and Rob also offered useful advice in relation to dealing with our very unhelpful and slow solicitors! Excellent service! Rob came highly recommended to us from a family member. We decided to instruct Rob for the sale of our home and we were not disappointed. From start to finish Rob was simply excellent. Very professional, open and honest. Rob valued our home at £250,000, and we sold for the asking price. Rob didn't over value and valued our house fully intending to seek what our house was on the market for. Rob was very flexible for viewings and would accommodate in the evening and at weekends, which we were happy to do. We could not fault Rob and highly recommend him as an agent.
