AVOID AVOID AVOID. They sent my partner a pair of football boots that after two wears have started falling apart. They cost £230 and have been worn twice and lightly. Pro Direct have refused to refund without reason so they have been a waste of money. Would never buy from them again and wish I had read the reviews beforehand.

I'm client since 2010 or earlier never had any issues with delivery or product quality but recently made an order from the website, it was supposed to arrive in a week or so and after more then one month no delivery was made it was a 300£ order and their making investigation to understand were is my order so for now I'm standing with no money and no order.
If it wasn't me asking to what happened to my order I wouldn't even had any feedback from them...
Almost 3 weeks have passed since my first request for the solving of the issue, but they do nothing.
It's a shame but I'm never getting anything from them again

Website advertises that they do exchanges, but they do not. Your sizing needs to be perfect first try or else you need to pay for return and buy the correct item again.

My experience with Pro:Direct has been characterized by mixed outcomes, particularly concerning product sizing. While I have consistently received satisfactory resolution and full refunds for all returned items, which is commendable, the reliability of sizing, specifically for football boots, has proven inconsistent.
Last year, I ordered Adidas Predator boots in my confirmed Adidas size 12.
I was surprised to find they were unwearably small. Subsequently, a size 12.5 proved too large. This contrasts sharply with a recent order for the same Adidas Predator boots directly from Adidas in a size 12, which fit perfectly without issue.
This disparity is further complicated by conflicting sizing recommendations: Pro:Direct suggests ordering a full size up (e.g., if you're a size 7, order an 8), whereas Adidas recommends going up only half a size.
This suggests that the consistency of product sizing, particularly with football boots, appears to be unreliable when ordered through Pro:Direct.

Do not buy from them. Bought a pair of wrist straps for weightlifting. Supposedly sent, false tracking number, then was told would reship and today that the item was not in stock and if they should refund?now let?s see how long this will take or if I will get it at all?

absolutely rubbish - sold a pair of faulty ON trainers that squeaked incessantly when walking / running. Returned to be told there was no fault with the trainers and no refund would be provided. Poor customer service, will be shopping elsewhere in future !

DO NOT BUY SHOES ONLINE WITH THESE PEOPLE!!
I recently bought Hoka running shoes using a voucher code they sent me via email comms, thinking it was a deal. I ordered my size (UK 7) and when they arrived and I tried them on they seemed a bit tight but I decided to go for a test run to try them out on my feet with my running style. They seriously hurt me, and I put it down to the shoes being too small as this happened in the past with small shoes. I decided to return them the VERY NEXT day. I received an email from the returns team stating the shoes had signs of wear and tear and they would not return my shoes!! I wore the shoes once, ran on road as to avoid any dirt, only went 1km and yet they are refusing to return the shoes as they have 'wear and tear'. It's ridiculous and I will be contacting Hoka reps directly to report this misuse of customer trust and policies.

DO NOT USE. I have been chasing my refund for over 10 weeks now. Every time I am promised it will be 10 working days. Having had confirmation the products have been returned this should not be taking this long and I should I not be being lied to regarding my own money! It?s not an unreasonable request and I expect this to be dealt with ASAP.

My son bought football boots £180, in September and he wore them 3/4 times., and they broke a bit, we emailed them back, and they said to send the boots back, and they will make decisions in 10 days, from 27 dec 2024 , and we are now 3/3/2025 we have not heard anything from them, we emailed 10 times not coming back, they have a phone number, not answering, I have been used for over 10 years, be very careful, I very disappointed with them

Customer service is like talking to a brick wall. If you need to return something, don?t bother you?ve got more chance making your money back on the lottery. Awful.

I really wish I?d have read reviews before I ordered and I?m so annoyed with myself. Be aware - terrible customer service and no accountability!! They have sent me the wrong product (a cheaper one) in a ripped box as well and are taking no responsibility to replace it in time for Christmas, it is a present over a couple of hundred pounds AND I paid for next day delivery and all they?ve suggested is they?re ?happy? to accept the wrong boots that they sent me back, and let me pay again, and send the others back all at my own expense - this is not acceptable!! You have totally ruined my son?s Christmas present and I am so upset. No concern from them at all. Terrible company to deal with.
