Ignore incorrect reviews aimed at Trago. Staff were fantastic and food was great. Even gave me free replacements for food which I am allergic to.

MOST PEOPLE COMPLAINING ON HERE ABOUT STAFF ARE FOR TRAGOS CAFE CALLED THE TOWER HOUSE AND NOT THE TINY CAFE AT THE BOTTOM. PLEASE DONT TAKE NOTICE AS PEOPLE GET CONFUSED. PINOCCHIO IS NOTHING TO DO WITH TRAGO . YOU WILL FIND THEY ARE WELL ESTABLISHED COMPAIRED TO THE TRAGO CAFE CALLED TOWER HOUSE. PLUSH PINOCCHIO DOESNT HAVE AN UPSTAIRS AND NO STAFF ARE RUDE. I EAT HERE OFTEN AND THERE HAS NEVER BEEN RUDENESS OR ANY HORRIBLE FOOD. PEOPLE ARE RUINING THIS CAFE REPUTATION!!!

I am somewhat a foodie. I have eaten here regular. The sizes are amazing for the price. They put their prices up but its still good value. 6.99 for a massive chips bacon sausage and beans. U pay more for a child's at a posh restraunt. Staff are friendly and love bants. Always garenteed a laugh. Get urself here

We came here for a coffee. The coffee was filter coffee, reasonable quality and price. At a table near us was an older lady, with her fat, 30-something son. They complained about not getting chips with his special pizza baguette, and scraped all of what looked like a nice salad onto the tray. The waitress (another older lady with chin length straight brown hair and a baseball cap on) explained very nicely that the special pizza baguette didn't come with chips. Both old customer and fat son then interrupted her and told her they knew the boss and it was unacceptable. After a load of argey bargey, the Mum stood up and said "Well, we haven't touched this we want a refund" they ended up leaving with a refund and while fat son waited outside for his Mummy to get a refund, the waitress talked to them about how unacceptable it was that whoever was in charge today wouldn't give him some free chips. Message to the owner. 1) Don't give your mates free food, or special treatment. It pisses your staff off, and annoys other customers who have to listen to your self important buddies moaning. 2) Train your staff to not undermine each other by siding with a twatty customer. 3) Give whoever was in charge today a bonus. 4) Find some new friends who aren't lazy fat sods, living with their Mum, sponging special treatment off you. Whatever business you get from them, it isn't worth it in negative customer experiences, or staff morale.

Waitress that served us called Courtney Palmer had a discussing attitude towards me and my family members. Very disappointed as the food was lovely.
