Visited after lockdown 2 to purchase a new phone, you cannot make an appointment, just walk up to be greeted at the entrance. We were welcomed in with strong covid-19 controls, hand gel, spacing etc... Advised not to touch anything. The advice was excellent with a no rush, customer needs first experience, honest and open, we completed our purchase, two very satisfied customers.\\nWide range of phones in stock, preferred the one on one conversation rather than ordering online.

I have been having problems with my phone for the past two months, I keep having a SIM error. I rang the O2 services, the information was incredible, really helpful and the service was amazing. They told me to get a replacement SIM and to pop into our local store. I popped in the next day, to get the replacement SIM. I was approached by a staff member and proceeded explain the situation to the sales assistant. Told them I needed to get the replacement SIM. The staff member then proceeds to tell me I need a new phone, talking me through the new phones. I tell the staff member, as nice as possible that it was just the SIM I needed. They brushed off what I said, talking highly of the new iPhone. I felt a little uncomfortable and they were hard selling me something I really didn't ask for. I respect that you sell phones, I respect that they were trying to helped but it just felt a little rude. Interrupting me, not listening to the fact I want a SIM. They saw the condition of my iPhone, see it has slight screen damage. I come out of my contract not so long ago and want to decide my next plan, the last one was very expensive so I didn't want to jump into it just yet. The service just felt a little forceful. I go in here and there, the staff are very nice and helpful. O2 offers some of the best support from other networks in my opinion. Just that time it didn't feel so helpful, a little pressured and hard selling.

GREAT SERVICE Yet again from O2 always there to Help and nothing is any trouble to the very efficient and friendly staff However please be advised it's a one in one out policy and on a first come first served basis Due to the panademic It wasn't easy for myself However was worth the wait to get all sorted out

I'm not one for writing many reviews good or bad but I strongly felt this warrented one.
Excellent service from Christina this morning, a real credit to team I can not praise and thank you enough. Went in not knowing what to get or even if I wanted to.
Warm welcome very good professional opinion and just as good if not better (for me) personal opinion based on what I use my phone for. Have been with O2 since my first phone and have no intention of changing, whilst deals may be slightly better elsewhere I don't think you can beat the help support technical and service wise anywhere else.
