Returned some jeans today as needed a different size. They didn’t have my size on the shop floor so I asked at the till. Was served by a very lovely lady called Lucy. She went upstairs to get me the size, then was so lovely at the till putting through my return and then sold me the right size again. Lovely and friendly... read full comment
