Thank you to ?Sean N? today for not only helping me with accounts I never knew were still open but to close them in a timely and professional manner. I had quite a stressful morning and my parking time was also running out. He made me feel more relaxed and was thorough throughout. I had just 4 minutes to spare once I returned to my car ? A1 Service. All the staff are lovely and friendly and helpful nothing is too much problem. Sean was particularly helpful when sorting out an online bank account. It is so nice and reassuring to go into the Branch and see someone face to face and come out feeling confident that everything has been sorted correctly rather than dealing with somebody over the phone.

Great building society great staff good opening times. This branch is great in the town on newton High Street friendly and helpful staff.... would definitely recommend friends to join and hope other branches of this building society follow.

Had a incident with swapping around accounts to access my money & Tom managed to get it sorted almost right away after being told my issue was " being looked into " by two other branches.Kept me updated with what was happening with my account & called me the following week to make sure all was back to normal.Brilliant service!
