First time I?ve visited Millets. I was after some walking shoes for my son. The shop assistant Rose immediately came up to me and offered her assistance, as I did not have a clue where to start.
She was extremely helpful and after guidance I found the perfect shoes. Thank you again Rose.

Great quality products. Not so good customer service. I wanted to buy some shoes. Not once did a shop assistant approach me. Shoes are upstairs. The lad downstairs looked bored and you could see he wasn't happy. I don't see why as a customer I should go looking for staff.

Bought two beach camping chairs and they?re both great quality. Were reduced in summer sale, so got a good bargain. Otherwise shop has some outdoor activity clothing and accessories to offer for good prices. Also kids games and clothing and camping gear etc.
