Worst McDonald's experience for a long time. There items missing from the order, pickles left in a burger when we requested without, salad leaves in the wrap so wilted they were slimy, and fries that were undercooked and cold, rubbery in texture.

Waited at the drive through for over 20 minutes. The que was massive, in front and behind me, I was late for a job so pulled out the que, drove around to the exit and so many cars waiting, No one at the pay window, Not sure why but it's ment to be fast food.

Just a recent example of this places incompetence.
My partner in a part of her order, 9 chicken nuggets.
We received a nugget box with salad inside.. and charged for the nuggets.
If you are busy and cannot keep up.
Then say so!
If you are overwhelmed with orders, then control the flow!
Don't take the piss with people paying for your service.

Once again. Wrong order. Didn't manage to put my full order through. How difficult can it be. Even spoke with me about my order. Not the first time. Also chips like warm as normal. Don't know why I even try won't be going again for long time

Not impressed what so ever. Ordered 2 burger meals with dippers and sauce. They somehow forgot the dippers which were £7 and half filled the coffees. Not the first time either. Cant expect much with goons working there i guess

Been getting my Mac plants with the ?vegan? mayo and without onions. I?ve been told there?s a national shortage of onions. The shortage doesn?t seem to affect any other Mc Donald?s though.
Dietary restrictions: They aren?t careful about using the right mayo in their vegan burgers.

I waited for 25 minutes yesterday afternoon at 2pm for a coca cola and nuggets!! Absolute joke, by the time I got in there I got an order number in the 20s and they are still announcing guest 85!! What a joke, there was some poor guy waiting beside me for 20 minutes for 4 drinks.
