Nikki is absolutely fantastic. Always a freindly happy, face. So warming and kind. Shop is well laid out and very Convinient for the locals of the area.

Staff make you feel unwanted as soon as you walk in. And none of them no how to smile! Also asking for a bag ?which they should offer firstly and not to expect to juggle a whole load of shopping? is an even greater chore for them you also get a little huff when you ask!

Say open but closed before hours. Need new management

Not even worth 1 star!Always closed. Leaving pathetic hand written notes on the front door saying ?closed for 5 mins? but is closed for a lot longer than 5 minutes.Supposed to be open until 10pm but always shuts before 7. Staff are rude and unhelpful.This is the closest yodel drop off point for me but I drive across town to the other drop off point now because whenever I go to Mcoll?s it?s always closed. Absolute rubbish.
