EDITED to add that Sam from the Exeter branch who was covering the Newton Abbot branch today 04/09/2025, you were amazingly calm with the HUGE queues and gave us time to discuss our issues with identity fraud. Thank you for taking the time to ring 2 fraud lines and to be nice and relaxed for us at a very stressful time. We were waiting for 1 hour to be seen and another hour for it to be sorted, THANK YOU AGAIN ??
I would like to thank ?MATT? on the customer support desk for his help in printing 12 months of bank statements for my accounts. Although Lloyds have a policy of not printing a large volume in branch to save resources, Matt initially explained that this was not possible and had them sent to me via the post however these didn?t include the information I required so I revisited the branch a couple of days later. An important deadline meant that they couldn?t be resent via the postal system. Matt was given extra guidance from a colleague to advise that in certain situations, it is possible to support customers with their printing requirements. His colleague searched through company guidelines and showed him at which point Matt was more comfortable to assist.
At the end of helping, Matt asked if there was anything further I required, I asked for his name and he was a little reluctant to give it. I reassured and advised that I would like to leave a good review and he thanked me.
So this is a BIG THANK YOU to ?Matt? for his support today ?

Most unhelpful staff ! Iwas treated badly and the problem not solved, they want us to treat them with respect they should show some respect to their customers.

A big thank you to Emily on the Customer Service desk Saturday 22nd March.
Her extensive banking knowledge, her patience and friendly approach was much appreciated.
Visited to up grade our savings accounts, taking her advice we are now getting a better interest rate and totally happy with our great service.

25/02/2025. At 2035 hrs. From LLoyds Security ?? I am not so sure. Someone trying a transaction on my card in London, I live in Devon. When transfered to another department I terminated there call saying I would call LLoyds bank before saying any more to verify them. Phoned number on my card, closed; until tomrrow. Next number would be a one hour wait so went to computer online banking and it did not recognise my log in details.Gave up!! Tomorrow I will spend umpteen hours on the phone yet again !!!

I know the banks are struggling to make a profit, but I'm sure they could stretch to a few more staff (that actually do something) here and there?
Ridiculous long/slow queues in this branch seemingly most days.
Very annoying when you have only two desks open but other staff standing around holding clipboards doing nothing or worse still, chatting with each other. The level of service here has sunk to an all time low.

I had a terrible experience with the staff at this branch on two separate occasions. The behaviour of 'these ladies' was extremely rude, and I have now had to file a complaint twice regarding their conduct.
If you can, try to avoid this branch.

Queue in the bank was long and slow moving. Had to come over as the branch in Torquay town shut down. £1.3b profit in the last quarter but can't employ more cashiers. Will be changing banks

No dogs! There's a tiny sticker on the door that's easy to miss saying no dogs despite the place looking dog friendly. Two stars due the lack of discretion and tact shown would have been star except they were friendly about it. I was approached by a member of staff whilst waiting in the queue and informed about the no dogs rule. My small dog was in a carrier. Could easily have been done discretely as I walked out but no,I had to be told in the queue ??

Not enough staff on the tills long queues cash deposit machine not working as usual spoke to manager wandering around asking if she could help I said open another till and she just refused. Was easy to pay in last year of a evening no traffic queuing put it in the machine job done but no you stopped that

Would not help me in changing English money obtained from the cash machine in the lobby, into smaller notes. Bad customer service went to another bank nearby, NO PROBLEM take note LLOYDS, if you want customers.
