Friendly and accommodating staff. Plenty of stock held for urgent tyre replacements. My tyre replacement was booked on bank Holiday Saturday and fitted on bank Holiday Monday (thank you).
Cheapest tyre for my car was £125 which is double the cost of the budget tyres I normally buy (205 55R17). A range of cheaper tyres would be appreciated and would earn the 5 stars.

I am a Motability customer and am on holiday. I turned up at opening time with a slow puncture. I was dealt with politely and was told there may be quite a wait which I was happy with as I hadn?t booked. Not only was my puncture fitted but another tyre was spotted and replaced all with just an hours wait. Excellent service a very happy customer. Thank you

Mike Nelson managed to squeeze me in for work on my car because it had failed it's MOT elsewhere. My car hadn't failed previously but I understand the car is getting older so at some point work would need to be done. I was pleased with his explanation and provided me with a quote beforehand. The quote was over 50% cheaper than my own regular garage. Which is unbelievable value for money. The work was completed in day. I didn't require a investigation completed so it was removed from the bill. Overall I was extremely happy with the service and honesty. Absolutely recommend.

My husband arrived 15 minutes early for our car MOT check and when enquiring how long it would be, he was bluntly told well you weren't booked in for another 15 minutes... Yet there several mechanics stood yapping at the time. He was told he would be called if any issues, then he returned to pick up the car and it had failed, despite no call.
We were quoted over £600 in parts, plus labour (we were told a whole day), but advised we would get a free retest if we come back.
We took the car to a local garage who completed all of the work, an additional bulb and a whole new chargeable retest for £350. This happened a couple of years ago when the same garage quoted me £550 for a complete power steering replacement, I took it locally and just a part was replaced for £130.
I have finally learnt my lesson - other than an emergency tyre, never again!
