Pre ordered just be kept waiting just as long for our food. Food is somehow cold and chips are soggy.
Had a few bad experiences here now. Would avoid!

Awful food and horrible service. The staff are rude and take ages to serve you. The food stank and made me feel sick. When I complained about my order I was told there was nothing they could do.

Absolutely disgusting, pungent vile chicken that stank of chemicals. I've never had such a bad KFC, it's like the chicken was off. Just a nasty, slimy puck of gristle, made me want to vomit.
To add insult to injury, I especially asked for breast as I don't like thigh, and they said no problem. Opened it to see a thigh and a drumstick. We complained, they just shrugged and said there was nothing they can do. Won't be going back, and will be filing a chargeback for this as we didn't get what we asked and paid for.

Experienced terrible service from them. Ordered spicy wings from them and waited me for almost 2 hours. Terrible!!!!?

We had waited at least 20 minutes. Our number showed as completed on the board but number not called by employee. We waited further approx 5 to 10 minutes. I asked if our number was complete.... the man rudely said I called your number. I said he hadn't he said again I called it. My 10 year old quietly said he didn't mum as did several other people in the queue. Other staff smirking.
Very rude. Won't go back there.

Tried to do a click and collect order. Useless, had to wait over 30 mins after 'checking in' watching 3 just eat drivers collect orders while we still had to wait. No Krushems or Sundaes even though the website stated they had them and to top it off they missed off several items and couldn't refund over the phone so now I have to go back just to get my refund. Absolutely appalling, don't bother going here.

What a shame, the food always used to be great. But Due to staff incompetence we never received our food. (Their words not mine) Poor communication. Won't be bothering again. Still waiting on refund from delivery partner.

This was the best KFC for miles around, unfortunately since the refit the standards have dropped. The freshness and temperature of food now seems to be an issue and most annoyingly the service has gotten much slower or non-existent. After driving 20 minutes to get to this particular KFC waiting to be served 10-15 minutes at the front of the que and with no acknowledgement from the staff behind the counter I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Got takeaway at Newton Abbot KFC yesterday evening, for my children. The guy who appears to be their mainstay on the serving desk, was cheerful and well-mannered as on previous visits. Others in the kitchen/serving area were holding their own conversation littered with swearing, including the f word. Part of my order placed on the touchscreen included a fillet burger 'customised' without the sauce, mayo or lettuce but when I got home I discovered it had all these things and my daughter could not eat it. So, approx £10 paid for that meal and effectively in the end no meal at all; my daughter's disappointed and I'm cross because who these days has really got time to drive back to KFC and inform/complain... Overall a totally useless experience but on reflection unsurprising, considering the staff seemed to be there to collect their hourly rate and have conversation but not actually to apply any customer service or proper diligence to the service that KFC is paying them to provide. The burger by the way was so smothered in sauce when I tried it, as to render it inedible. Again symptomatic of kitchen staff not caring or paying attention to what they're doing.

My cousin ordered food for like everyone he spent over 70 quid and literally almost the whole order was wrong and instead of mash and gravy coming they sent beans and coulslaw

Since the makeover of this store, service is terrible. Waited 50 minutes for our food. Items were missed from our order. They focus to much on takeaway deliveries than the customers in their waiting. Food was very dry when we finally got to eat it.
