Absolutely amazing service from Terry. I went in as had a mark on my bridesmaids dress. He was reassuring and friendly. Cost was great and was ready the next day (Wedding was two days later) and the dress was perfectly clean. I was so happy. I 100% recommend going here for any service they provide. Thank you so much!!!

I took my suit there for a dry clean, this is a twenty year old suit after all that time it still fits perfectly lol, they done an amazing job. I paid £12 to have a short cream jacket clean, after taking it home I discovered it still had a stain on the collar, I rang up and was told that if I brought it back it would be cleaned again. I did this and was told the stain had been missed the first time around. When I picked it up again, the stain had been removed but there was now a larger water mark stain around where the original stain had been, clearly they had removed the stain but not cleaned the jacket after this. When I pointed it out I was told they can't promise to remove all stains. Which I do understand, however on returning home I carefully washed the water mark away. I feel I should have just saved myself the the £12 and 2 trips from Dawlish to Newton Abbot. Not a very impressive service.Service: Organic dry cleaning

The staff here went beyond the normal call of duty and professionalism to provide a real service, especially Gail, in successfully removing a stain (melted plastic!) from my winter coat without any loss of colour from the fabric. Amazing, considering the problem. They made a real effort and got it done really quickly for me. Thanks so much!

Absolutely outstanding. The service is excellent, and they offer a dazzling range of services and items, as well as valuable advice.The staff are among the friendliest I've ever met. They are always happy to help, cheerful, and make you feel welcome and appreciated.The shop's Covid 19 safety measures are great, and they take customer safety seriously.I would highly recommend them to anybody!
