Staff appear to not want to do anything or help customers. Simply stating "sign up to our mailing list" is a great way to lose business.

All through the pandemic they escorted prospective purchasers even though my mother could not. They were very professional and kept in regular contact. All the staff are lovely and very helpful. I cannot recommend them enough. Sale professionally concluded. Thank you.

Deeply unpleasant experience with a person called Natalie at this agency ? was rude and dismissive when I asked for clarification regarding a property, and then told me there was no point in applying for any properties with Howard Douglas. Very, very strange way of treating people. Howard Douglas clearly only care about landlords so I would suggest avoiding if you are looking to rent ? the irony being that I am looking to rent in the short to medium term before buying. Glad to know to avoid this agency.

Unprofessional (was not at property at appointment time, in fact had gone back to office, despite having changed time while I was en-route), ill-informed (professed to be unaware of vital planning application), condescending attitude from Howard Douglas when I made a complaint. Go elsewhere!
