Halfords Crownhill Plymouth.
I ordered 4 new tyres and tracking from the Halfords Web Site and had to pay for them at that time. I then had a phone call the day before the fitting day saying that they did not sell the tyres that I had ordered and they cancelled the order after saying that they could order other tyres but it could take at least a week before fitting. I needed them doing before the end of that week and it would take 3 to 5 working days before getting my money back. How am I now to pay for my new tyres?
Not good enough. Wont be going back. I would give them no stars I could.

Visited store today under bad advice from customer service but was dealt with the most helpful way by the store owner Daniel who ore than made up for the faults of the customer service team was super friendly and even gave me the part I needed to fix the bike issue for free to make up for my experience with customer services I couldn't be happier with how things went in the end all thanks to the store manager Daniel who is a legend. Would definitely recommend visiting the store for any bike issues or purchases!

Collected a battery from Newton Abbot store today. Took it to my sons house. I had been given a Halfords brand £32 cheaper battery than the Yuasa one he ordered without any notification etc. Forced to make another journey to return toget correct battery. Not impressed !
