Just had my ears pierced at H Samuel Newton Abbot by Linda, she was very kind, caring and explained the procedure thoroughly and gave thorough after care advice, nothing was too much trouble and she really took her time and it didn't feel rushed. I would thoroughly recommend anyone to have a piercing here as all the staff are very friendly and the experience was very positive compared to the first piercing in a different company. Thank you Linda :)

Ian did my ear piercing today and was absolutely amazing! Made me feel so calm and at ease. The piercing was super easy, quiet and an amazing environment. I couldn't ask for a better service.

Went down on the 18 8 2025 and bought my partner a signet ring for £479 sent it away to be resized collecting it on Friday the 22 8 2025 then we spent £189 on a bangle for me total £608 the service on these 2 days was lovely , however my partner wore it Fri afternoon and on having a shower it slipped off so no taking chances we popped back today the 26 8 2025 time 1230 /1245 the two young girls was sat at the end of the store chatting one girl was sat on the shelf we waited for a couple of minutes before we where acknowledged we explained about the size and wanted to see about having it adjusted she looked at it never ask for the receipt or when we purchased it she said it would cost £130 I was flabbergasted when we said we only bought it last week she said obviously it's been worn do you want me to send it away ???we felt like we were a hindrance for interrupting there conversation I have worked in retail for 20 years customer service was our priority didn't feel we was a priority today ,since we went somewhere else and having it done at half the price also when had ring measured it was half a size up from what was measured ,

My daughter had her ears pierced here and they were fantastic. Ian who did the piercing was brilliant with her. He was friendly, chatty and just put her at ease. Olivia another colleague in the store explained the process brilliantly aswell and made us feel welcome in the store.
If unsure where to take your child to have their ears pierced then this is a very good place to go.
