We recently sold through Fulfords and cannot fault their service. Jon valued our property at £10-20k higher than that of a competing local agent and he was confident we could achieve this. We actually agreed a sale price just slightly over the top end! A great achievement in the current market.We found our perfect house and put an offer in before our house was even on the market. Fulfords worked rapidly and had our photos and advert ready within a week! We had lots of viewings with great communication and prompt feedback each time. The team were very helpful with advice and communication with our buyer when the solicitors were being slow!Simon Rock also gave very helpful advice regarding mortgages and I would fully recommend his services too, a great addition to the business to have this in house.All in all I would not hesitate to use Fulfords again in future and to recommend them to everyone else. The Lettings team at Fulfords Newton Abbot have been so supportive and helpful throughout what has been a traumatic house move, due to other parties in the sale of my old home. They were patient and kind, willing to go out of their way to help the process, wipe my tears at the 11th hour and through great communication with me and the landlord, were able to secure the house for me and the children. Used fulfords lettings for 3 properties and found the lack of communication, the difficulty in actually speaking to the team and disregard for concerns raised, very off putting and lead me to cancelling the contracts. I would avoid at all costs if you don't want to be stressed.
