DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP so Recently, I signed up to a contract With EE And then it was last month, but I asked can I add A meta-quest three. So they said they had to wait one month so which I did and then when I went back today, they told me I have to wait another month. Do you not go to the shop as they give you false information Do not recommend this shop

Outstanding support from the Newton Abbot EE team - ALISTER and trainee Ben. Thank you. ALISTER sorted prob of not being able to make calls from keyboard due to Roamless app and account interference due to low amount of money in it. Brilliant! Highly recommend??..

Went in to set up my new phone after it hadn't completed previously. Xena was very friendly, helpful and patient with my complete lack of tech knowledge! Set it all up, completely sorted it all, and answered all my questions. Thanks very much, would recommend ?

We were server by Corben who was amazing at explaining everything relating to a new WiFi package. My partner had a lot of questions and he was very easy to talk to and answered all, giving us a great understanding of the package.
Sadly we couldn?t buy then and there as we don?t have a moving date for our new house, but I really do reccomend speaking to Corben! He even tailored our package for us meaning that we?ll be making savings in terms of phone plans and subscriptions, which will save us around £40 a month!

Went for a preplanned appointment to discuss broadband switch from BT. Very unsatisfactory due to the assistants unable to complete a switch due to problems with their IT systems. I was astounded that a leading IT company could foul up so dramatically. I left the store after 90 minutes, yes 90 minutes totally dissatisfied. Not to be recommended.

I popped into the Newton Abbot store on Tuesday and spoke to Ali who was really helpful, my phone was due for an upgrade and he sorted out a new contract and explained how to transfer data from the old phone to the new one. I had a slight problem with a couple of things and returned to the store on Thursday, l saw Xena who sorted everything out really quickly, what a great team.
