Always short on my weekly prescription really unhelpful under knowledged staff staff are always on lunch break which they have at the same time rather than each person doing it separately so that they can still serve people always elderly people being made stand at the door for long periods of time Really needs to be managed properly

Absolutely disgusting. I went in to pick up a prescription, and was met with a very large queue, which is absolutely fine. However whilst standing in queue, the young man was asking a woman standing somewhere behind the shelves questions on other people?s prescriptions. To which she?d answer rudely in detail about people?s health issues and prescriptions. The prescription I was after wasn?t going to be ready for another couple of days due to a separate pharmacy being closed, which again is fair enough. However when a relative then went in to get the prescriptions and hand in another, the woman standing out of sight then announced her thoughts and opinions openly, clearly unaware of shelves not being sound proof. And when my relative mentioned they could hear her, the lady continued but in a slightly lowered voice. It was disgusting and clearly distressing for some. Not to mention all of the regulations, confidentiality laws and general respect for others that they?ve clearly violated.
Think some professional conduct lessons are needed, or to maybe just be reminded of human decency looks like.

I left this pharmacy 18 months ago because it was dreadful however in the last year the new pharmacist has really turned it around. I now have them dispense my repeat prescriptions and today popped in to book a flu jab as my surgery are not doing any more clinics even though the demand is still high! They were FABULOUS! I was able to walk in and have my jab. Nurse was exceptional, pharmacist double checked my information and they were all very thorough and so lovely. I am so pleased that I had to write this review. Highly, highly recommend this pharmacist. ?

Good pharmacy when not under pressure! It is reasonable to believe that communication is a critical means of communication for a pharmacy to interact with their clientele, especially with the old and very infirm. However, on the last occasion I tried to call the pharmacy, it took eleven successive calls before someone picked up! Additionally, I ordered my last prescription, through my doctors surgery, on 4th July 24?.still waiting! In consideration of the sensitive nature of the business they are in?I would unfortunately say they are unfit for purpose!

I attended this morning to collect my prescription and was told that one item was not in stock, that?s totally fair enough, I enquired as to when it would be in stock and the woman who served me was most unhelpful bordering on rude. I left the pharmacy and half an hour later I received a phone call from them saying my item was infact in stock. So made another journey back in to the pharmacy, no apology offered for wasting my time, served by the same woman who was just as off hand. May I suggest that if you work in customer service then at least provide a customer service. I will not be returning.

Awful service. Repeat meds often late and I have to phone up on the day I run out. Decided to nominate another pharmacy.

Very slow.sell very little as no space.thay tell u when u get your meds not other way around. So just coz its there don't mean u will get it or norrm is u get harf ..u have to go back a nother time for rest.norrm NHS Chemist if you can go elsewhere I would suggest you do so.if stuck give it a go.

Absolutely shocking I've made made 104 calls to them between 11.45 and now and no answer! I have an elderly relative who has no medication and should have been delivered last week!WOULD NOT USE
