A pretty standard Costa really! The coffee was consistent with other Costas (I recommend an Oat Mocha!). The food is okay but could do with more vegan options, there is currently only a plant based cheese and ham toastie or tea cakes, never any cakes either. This store was pretty clean and was being cleaned while I was there. Very good service from the friendly staff who helped me with getting a good deal and with carrying my drink when I was holding a baby. People seem to come in just to use the toilet which is a shame when you?re trying to enjoy your drink.
Vegetarian options: Savoury and sweet veggie options

Parking: Various car parks in Newton abbot
Kid-friendliness: Staff helped me carry drinks when I was holding a baby. There are baby change facilities.
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible toilet on site but members of the public seem to come in to use it so quite busy.

Ordered for delivery, half the food never made it to the bag, hot food warmed up the iced frappe, making the food cold and the frappe warm, I assume that this happened as it was in bag together for an hour and a half while we waited for it to be delivered. Then of course you have a mammoth task of getting the missing items refunded. Lesson learned....get of my backside and go down and pick it up. Would have been a far quicker and better experience.

It's a pretty standard coffee shop, nothing particularly remarkable about it but the staff are reasonably friendly and service is usually fast. However it is very busy and noisy! I've always enjoyed the drinks here, although the coffee is pretty average and you can definitely get better tasting drinks elsewhere. Whenever I've sat in though, there has been a constant stream of people that come in just to use the toilet and then walk out leaving the door open (and sometimes shaking their wet hands all over the place), so there is a bit of a smell. It's not really the fault of the store but it is off-putting.

There at 4.30 today and no food available, although food in cabinets, and only coffee in takeaway cups. No explanation. Take it or leave it attitude. So left it.

I love a Costa. Always. They were short staffed and the guy looked stressed but he handled it perfectly. My drink was the best Mocha I?ve tasted and the Bakewell tart is good as always. Thank you Costa!

Today, I had coffee with my friend at the Costa. I saw that they do not make the same presentation to everyone in their coffee service. They serve some customers carefully and some randomly.

Great coffee but watch out for stale cake and biscuits cake felt like it had been sat there for days with a hard crust when should be soft

Food, drinks and service was lovely, we we?re enjoying it until a homeless man used the bathroom which was right next to where we were sat. Then used the toilet with the door open! After being in there for ages he left and said to the people waiting ?you might not want to go in there for a while? laughed and left without buying anything, just using the cafes toilet instead of public ones. Then a foul smell surrounded the whole cafe and we had to leave!! Not impressed. Vile.
