Had 5 windows installed this week by Callum and Calum a great pair of fitters arrived promptly worked very hard followed my wishes to a t and left the property as they found it and very friendly funny pair , The windows look very smart and well fitted .These guys should get a wage rise great asset to the companyDate & Kim Lock

I had windows fitted by this company years ago and it was not until recently i had it pointed out to me that one of the panels of glass had been put in back to front (Patterned and textured glass) However i have lived with that until now, as they now need replacing.I contacted several companies for a quote and Coastal was one of them.They came up, measured and as they were leaving they said 6k for the door and i think they said 3k for the windows, but they left me no written quote. after several weeks i phoned their company and asked for a written quote, and they apologised and said they would get it to me asap.That was now over 8 weeks ago!!!So use this company if you wish, but if they cant even get the first stage right, what hope is there?

Jordan & Scott did a great job, fast and efficient. The new front door looks solid and neat. It?s a huge upgrade from the previous one which was actually full of water! Very happy.

Had 2 windows fitted today by John very promp was here at 8am,did job efficiently windows look great, only accepted 1 cup coffee in near on 6 hr work,phaps he didn't like my coffee bit very friendly, clean job and thank you

Charlie and Robbie are legends. They worked in horrible weather in a room piled high with boxes and still managed to fit the new windows perfectly. They deserve a raise!

Had a new bay windows and individual windows fitted by Scott & Jordan they have been excellent and worked very well as a team in challenging weather, big thank you to you both amazing work !

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. the worst company going, use very poor and pushy sales techniques, walked into my home whilst the window was being fitted trying to sell me MORE products before I could even inspect the job. All materials used are cheap and definitely not worth ur money.Labourers can?t even get the most simple cuts on window trims correct most likely down to cheap tools and lack of experience.Customer service absolutely terrible making every excuse under the sun and not taking the blame for anything, never dealt with such a rude ?CEO? of a company please avoid to save yourself the hassle.

The new windows have transformed my house, no more drafty windows! Had our new windows and front door fitted by Coastal in January.Had them done in the cold spell so was a godsend.Very happy with the installation and the guys who came were all very friendly, courteous, kept dirt and noise to a minimum, cleaned up daily and couldn?t do enough for us when we had questions.The fitters in question were Elliot, Simon, Antony, Callum and Robbie.Only issue we had was that interior plastic cills had a poor finish on them which we weren?t happy with. A phone call to the office and all were replaced with a new batch.All in we are very happy with our purchase and friends and family have commented on how nice they look.One thing we have noticed is the noise that we used to hear from outside is no longer there, assume new seals etc are much better than the old ones we had and they were 20+ years older so needed a change up.Once again, thanks Coastal and thank your fitters.

Any company that does door to door pressure selling like Coastal needs to be called out. Wouldn?t trust them with a barge pole.

1000000% recommended. Simon and Robbie worked so hard the whole time they were here. They were really lovely to be around, really polite and ultra careful with my belongings. They were so conscientious of my dogs who were always trying to escape (and not once did they manage it!). My windows look amazing, from start to finish everything has been perfection.

Coastal have provided great service from quote to installation. Gary the salesperson was friendly and gave comprehensive information and after accepting the quote our install (eleven windows, two composite doors and a porch) was undertaken by Simon and Robbie who worked conscientiously, quickly and professionally. We are impressed with both the product and the service and would certainly recommend Coastal.
