I went into the shop yesterday morning and was greeted by Mandy. She went above and beyond & I learnt more about my feet in 15 minutes than I had in 70 years. She is a credit to her employer.

We went there today with my disabled 90 yr old mum and what an absolute pleasure it was. Jane the sales assistant was so patient and helpfull it made a difficult trip very easy. Excellent and thsnkyou

Just went into Clark?s because my little boy was struggling with sensory issues with his shoes. I cannot remember the name of the lady and man who helped, possibly Yasmin or Tamsin?! You went above and beyond to help and were so patient with my boy. Not everyone understands autism but you ensured my little boy felt happy and safe to express himself. You are both assets to Clark?s and I hope they recognise that. You have made my day, thank you!

Mandy served me when I came in today with my 1 and 3 year old, who needed new shoes. She was really lovely with them and sorted them out with some shoes that the kids were very pleased with! She was also patient and funny with them as they ran around the shop showing them off! Thank you!

Took my little one in for a shoe fitting and Jane was so friendly and helpful.
All the staff were lovely and although they didn?t have the shoes I wanted in store they managed to order them into store.

Visited the shop today greeted by Mandy and Lewis. Able to try on both normal and wide fitting trainer shoes, which allows you to choose a perfect fit. An enjoyable visit both Mandy and Lewis were very warm, helpful and knowledgeable.

My son had his feet measured by Nichola and were assisted in choosing some boots by Jane. Both were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and we came away feeling very confident in our boot purchase. Highly recommend.
