The pull out bevel lock was locked in tight and couldn't shift it. Not wanting to use grips or pliers incase I damaged the it, I returned it asap. Before getting a refund, I asked a young guy if he could shift it. Well, just needed a bit more muscle. With a good hard tug, out it came. No need for refund!
