Just at last moved doctors as this practice has rude , god complex disgusting staff and some incompetent doctors although one was nice and proactive in helping me. As for the old bag in reception I?ve never experienced someone with such unfriendly and poor skills I?m so glad to be away from the negligent and negative vibe from the whole experience. Treating me in a shameful manner despite being critically Poorly to which a brain bleed and seizure was Dr Tripps fault for putting a epileptic on medication then stopping it without tapering. ??? Either poor knowledge as even I know that much to her stamping her feet telling me she?s a specialist ha a specialist at nearly killing people. They should get poorly and get this experience then they might understand but the Se who runs the practice is just as stupid. Good riddance Buckland nastys may you never crake your own advice.

I have recently had a operation that has left me needing medication for life. Buckland Surgery have helped me sort out my prescriptions my exemption certificate and sick note.l cannot fault the surgery they have been efficient and supportive.

Just sharing how they helped my husband and daughter in the last two weeks I telephoned the surgery on a Monday morning and I will be honest it takes a awful long time to get through prehaps they to get another line rather the one they were really good with my husband all sorted with in two hours brilliant my daughter telephoned this week and the job she?s in dealing with a lot of patients so she?s unwell for a week she calls the surgery the doctor diagnosed over the phone and tells her it?s a virus she gets worse and in tears phones me two days later she manages to she someone not a doctor and they straight away recommend ABs really how the hell do these doctors decide over a telephone call without seeing a patient decide a diagnosis my daughters condition could have been resolved if only the doctor had seen her earlier so she has lost pay ringing in sick and is now taking ABs not recommended from a doctor but agreed by a doctors that no?s nothing about my daughter and can I just say I had a text message from Buckland Surgery saying I had a appointment at 1040 so I turned up and waited until 1130 asked have they forgotten me the appointment was on my phone they new nothing fuming ?

Receptionist at this surgery is rude. She opened mail not addressed for her, and overall not happy with her attitude.

Being left on hold for 30 minutes at a time but someone else rings in the household while you are on hold and they get through straight away

Moved to the area 7monts ago, joined them because of their good reviews, left them week ago, you can't get an appointment even though surgery is empty, 3-4 weeks wait. having stomach issues last 2 years, asked Dr.Celia to refer me to Gastroenterologist to get checked, she said no need, its stress related,insisted to ask my previews doctor who had plan for me when i gave birth,aparently she did contact them, this was in October yet no one came back to me,. I think no one cares,you need to chase them up to get answers then told off why you keep calling them. The only polite person in there is Alison receptionist, others are rude including some doctors, particulary Dr.Tripp that i haven't met before, she told me that i don't know you, and I'm alone here, we spoke on the phone,she was telling me off that NHS is not funding them etc, then hung up on me, attitude which left me in tears, I've asked receptionist Gill to complain about Dr. Tripp ,but nothing, im not sure she made a note,as she's was always horrible to me,barley looked when I needed to check in or ask something, manager never called me.Avoid if you can.

Called today about my sons yearly health check up only to be greeted with useless and blunt responses. No help and very sarcastic secretary. Maybe don't work with customers if you have such a horrible attitude and no patience.

The worst practice with a worse attitude,The receptionist which is the olderone is so rude and thinks she is a doctor and doesnt follow procedure and makes stuff up as when I get a different staff member although still a bit like there doing you a favour. As for the doctors then they are guessing just to get you out. They wont care if anyone complains or gos but it had to be said your staff are awful.

Highly recommend buckland surgery.All the staff are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to ensure their patients are happy and well taken care of. I feel relieved to be going to this doctors and compared to previous ones I?ve been too it?s a breath of fresh air.

This surgery is a breathe of fresh air. The same challenges as all other surgeries face yet they answer the phone quickly, are very polite and helpful and, if you do an online consult, a doctor calls you back very quickly to discuss further or process a prescription.

It's seems to take 3-4 weeks for an appointment regardless of the issue always mess up medication, rude office staff I've seen on social media that there are lots of people experiencing the same issues as me, I've been struggling with my mental health and I called up.for some help I was told 4 weeks for Telephone call appointment. By far the worse doctors I've ever been to, DO NOT GO HERE !!!

Well organised surgery which is able to balance online access with phone consultations and face-to-face appointments to deliver a service which is deals patients quickly. The use of a practice nurse and paramedic really helps too.
