Jodi at Bradleys Estate Agents has been absolutely excellent. Responded to all our emails fast and answered all the questions we had. She went above and beyond to help us and make sure exchange and completion dates went ahead as soon as possible. Made buying our first house a stress free process, very grateful!

After trying another estate agent who were very poor I moved to Bradley's bovey Tracy and what a difference. Very helpful and professional service and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Even after a lot of problems with which they were very patient a sale has been done. Absolutely excellent ?

I've had good experiences with some branches of Bradleys, but the Bovey Tracey branch seem to think they can spam you with irrelevent properties well outside your search area. After 5 unsubcribe requests over as many months, they still refuse to comply with basic GDPR.This is all the more surprising as I have never once engaged with this particular branch, and never once expressed an interest in viewing any properties near Bovey Tracey.

Had a massive challenge to sell my late fathers flat in Devon and after little real progress with a previous estate agent, the team at Bradleys were really proactive right when things were difficult. Their patience, communication and general engagement and support was brilliant with Jodi always on hand to answer one of the multiple questions I had. As things took time due to it being a probate sale, the focus on doing things differently with videos and proactive advertising worked in the end and although the housing market had become difficult, the team did so very well. Huge thanks to Jodie, Dan and Tariq.

Bradleys in Bovey Tracey and in particular Dan Chapman have been so helpful to us and have provided excellent service in every way. From first contacting Dan about renting out our property he has been so enthusiastic, knowledgeable and efficient and it has always been easy to contact him or one of the team. Very poor service could not tell me about a property and became rude when I could not tell them the name of the property or its post code.. I asked her have you any properties for sale in this village her reply was try another office without giving me their number and hung up !!! That's Bradley's for you ...
